Knowledge & Library Services Division

Serving scientific and technological information is the core of the division. The division focuses on acquiring research and scholarly journals including supporting and encouraging NSTDA's communities to use subscribed resources. Some of the main services are listed below:

  • Information retrieval
  • S & T knowledge analysis
  • Reference service
  • Public Relations and marketing
  • Training and seminar
  • Collecting statistics of usage of the library


Digital Content Development and Services Division (DCS)

The division aims to design, develop, and serve digital content, including study and experiment related software and hard, and then transfer the knowledge to the communities. Main responsibilities are to:

  • Design and develop digital content
  • Serve as a consultant on developing the digital content
  • Collect and analyze use of related databases
  • Implement and develop database
  • Technically support on both hardware and software that relates to server
  • Acquire software and hardware


Knowledge Management Division (KM)

Manage NSTDA's intellectual output by developing a tool to handle the asset according to international standards in order to apply and transfer it to the communities. The main responsibilities are to:

  • Manage NSTDA's IR and other databases
  • Encourage to use metadata to structure information
  • Study and apply novel technologies for knowledge management
  • Support IR usage in the communities
  • Catalog all collections in the library
  • Collect and analyze statistics
